Text that is the same on many pages adds nothing to any of them. When the repeated block is most of a page, that page looks like a copy.

Keep the block on one page and link to it, or shorten it to a line with a link.

Move the block to one place
- Find where the block comes from: a shared component, a default field value or pasted text.
- Give it a page of its own (delivery terms, about the maker) and link to that page.
- On the pages that held the block, keep at most one sentence and the link.
