Visitors see that the page was published unfinished, and the note can reveal test data, names or plans that were not meant to be public.
What to do
Remove the note and check the rest of the block. If it came from a test entry, remove the entry from the CMS.

How to fix it
Remove the note
- Open [page url] and find the text at [selector].
- Remove the note, or the whole entry if it is a test, in the CMS.
- If notes are kept in content fields, move them to a field that is never shown, such as the CMS's internal notes.
How to check: Recrawl the page: the note is gone.
