Browsers and assistive tools cannot fill the field in or show its purpose with a familiar icon, so people with memory, motor or reading difficulties have to type their details by hand, with more mistakes.
What to do
Give the field an autocomplete value that names its purpose: email (or username when the email is the login) for the email field, tel for the phone field.
